Megastore Tidy Up Together Hidden Items Hunt
Last SKUs, HUD remaining counts, Unstuck Product, and a department hunt that starts after bulk sorting is done.
The last products in Megastore: Tidy Up Together are not a second map. They are leftover SKUs the HUD still counts after the floor looks clean. This page is the hunt. If remaining items are still in the hundreds, you are not hunting yet — go back to Getting Started and sorting faster, then keep this tab for the finish.
Yolo Games Studio released the Steam Windows build on 2 September 2026 with online co-op plus solo. The three launch stores share one remaining-count HUD and one last-item problem: the Toy Store at 3,555 products on 297 shelves, the Supermarket at 7,934 products on 487 shelves, and the two-story Megastore at 13,380 products on 978 shelves across nine departments. The hunt method does not change. The walking time does.
Stop shelving when remaining is small
Bulk sorting and last-item search are different jobs. Keep grouping families and filling signed bays while remaining is high. When remaining items drop into the low dozens, stop opening new departments. A fresh aisle while four SKUs are missing is how a hunt becomes a second store.
Write the remaining item count and remaining shelf count before a lap. Write them again when the lap ends. If neither number moved, you walked past the SKU or it is stuck in geometry. Empty carpet is not proof. The HUD is.
Keep the store checklist open for department order. This page is what you do after that list says a room should already be done.
The last items players actually name
This wiki does not invent extra hide spots. Players hunting a clean remaining HUD keep naming the same three last items:
- a yoyo
- a letter-V foam board
- a basketball sitting in a hoop
Treat that trio as the search set, not as a fixture-by-fixture atlas. The yoyo is small enough to vanish in a noisy pile. The basketball in a hoop looks like set dressing until the HUD still wants a ball. The foam board is the one hide the studio moved.
Puzzle Foam V after hotfix 1.0.1
Hotfix 1.0.1 (3 September 2026) moved Puzzle Foam V from the top shelf of the Toy Store corner plushie section onto the floor for new saves. The old perch was too easy to miss on a top deck. If your Toy Store file was created before the patch, do not assume the piece is on the carpet. Old saves may still use the original perch.
On a patched new file, look on the floor of that plushie corner first. On a day-one file, look on the original top shelf first. Then still run the height-order hunt below. Foam V is one SKU. It is not a reason to skip Unstuck Product.
HUD remaining is the hunt clock
Steam’s store sizes tell you how big the building is. Live remaining tells you how much work is left tonight. Screenshot those numbers before you quit a long session. A crash argument is more expensive than a photo of 6 remaining.
No-skills 100% makes these last SKUs hard on purpose. Pull tools, extra reach, and a fat stack hide a lot of visual noise. An empty tree does not. Hotfix 1.0.1 repaired the achievement that tracks a store finished without skills, so the last dozen items on a no-tool run are now the real test. Read that badge on the achievements page. Solo hunters should also use the pause on solo play: after 1.0.1, ESC freezes time when you are the only player, which is the right moment to think instead of throwing stock as a search tool.
Skills that help a hunt without turning it into a magnet circle live on best skills. Flashlight is a hunt tool. Long Reach helps top decks. Stack capacity does not find a hoop ball.
Product Highlight, Shelf Highlight, flashlight
Matching products and matching bays already outline green. Call that Product Highlight on the SKU in the world and Shelf Highlight on the bay that wants it. Those outlines only fire when you are holding a match. If your hands are full of the wrong family, the last yoyo will not light up.
For the last remaining items, empty your hands on purpose. Walk the department. Then pick up a suspected match so the green outline can confirm it. Do not carry a mixed stack “just in case.” A mixed stack is how you shelf the wrong SKU and tell yourself the HUD is lying.
The flashlight-style HUD tool is the other search lamp. Use it in dark corners and along fixture lips after you have already walked the floor. It is not a substitute for remaining counts. It is a second pass after your eyes failed.
Unstuck Product is recovery, not a skip
Unstuck Product lives in settings. It recovers items trapped in collision. It does not skip a department lap. If remaining will not drop after you have walked floors, tops, and fixtures, run Unstuck, then hunt once.
Hotfix 1.0.1 added a missing Supermarket area to Unstuck Product. Grocery files that dead-ended on collision before 3 September should try the menu again on the patched build before you abandon the save. Dedicated recovery notes sit on Unstuck saves.
Do not spam Unstuck between every shelf. Sweep first. Unstuck second. Flashlight third.
Practical hunt with empty hands
Work one department at a time. Do not tour the whole Megastore “just in case” while remaining is six.
- Empty your hands.
- Clear that department’s floor, including anything sitting in a hoop.
- Then look at top decks and high facings.
- Then walk fixtures: endcaps, case lips, behind counters, the furniture the product is sitting on rather than the aisle you expected.
- If remaining still will not move, run Unstuck Product.
- Then a flashlight pass — yours, or a partner who is not carrying stock.
Co-op: one hunter, one still shelving. Two hunters in the same aisle miss the other floor. The shelver keeps seating known families only while remaining is high enough that bulk work is real. When remaining is a handful, both people should not invent new piles. One searches. The other stands still or runs the flashlight.
Solo players pause with ESC after 1.0.1, write the remaining number, and run the same height order. Do not Throw-search from a Megastore escalator; you will create a new remaining item on the stairs.
Same method, three buildings
Toy Store is small enough that a full lap is cheaper than panicking. Check the corner plushie section for Puzzle Foam V using the save-date rule above, then look for a hoop basketball and a yoyo. Sign order stays on the Toy Store walkthrough.
Supermarket disguises the same three last items in grocery clutter. Do a department lap, then Unstuck, because 1.0.1 widened coverage here. Route: Supermarket walkthrough.
Megastore adds two stories and nine departments. Assign floors before the hunt. Remaining that does not move after an upstairs lap is often downstairs, not a new secret hide. Route: Megastore walkthrough.
What this page will not list
There is no official atlas of every last crate. Player reports name a yoyo, a letter-V foam board, and a basketball in a hoop. The studio confirmed one Foam V move in hotfix 1.0.1. Anything else you remember from a stream is not a hide this wiki will print as fact.
If a remaining count still sits after Unstuck and a flashlight pass, save, screenshot the HUD, and come back with a partner who has not been staring at the same gondola for an hour.
When remaining is four, you are not a stocker anymore. You are a finder with empty hands. Do not pick up a random pile because it looks messy. Walk the department in height order, run Unstuck once, then let a flashlight — yours or a partner’s — prove the HUD wrong or right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What last items do players actually miss?
Players report a yoyo, a letter-V foam board, and a basketball sitting in a hoop. This page does not add extra hide spots beyond those reports and the Foam V patch note.
Where is Puzzle Foam V after hotfix 1.0.1?
On new saves it moved from the top shelf of the Toy Store corner plushie section onto the floor. Old saves may still use the original perch. See hotfix 1.0.1.
When should I switch from sorting to a hunt?
When remaining items are in the low dozens, stop opening departments. Empty hands, then floors, tops, fixtures. The earlier bulk loop is on sorting faster.
Does Unstuck Product find hidden items for me?
No. Sweep first. Unstuck recovers collision. Hotfix 1.0.1 added a missing Supermarket area. Recovery steps sit on Unstuck saves.
Do Product Highlight and Shelf Highlight work with empty hands?
The green outlines need a matching SKU in hand. Walk empty, then pick up a suspect so Product Highlight and Shelf Highlight can confirm. Flashlight is the second pass.
How should co-op split a last-item hunt?
One hunter, one still shelving until remaining is a handful. Then one searches and one runs flashlight. Solo players can pause with ESC after 1.0.1; see solo play.
