Updates Hub

Megastore: Tidy Up Together launched on Steam for Windows on 2 September 2026. Yolo Games Studio treated opening week as a live support window, not a fade-out. This hub is the patch desk: what 1.0 contained, what hotfix 1.0.1 changed the next day, and which stores and tools still sit on the roadmap.

The game is a paid cozy sorting sim with online co-op and full solo support. It is not a wishlist-only page. If a social post still says August 28, that was the delayed target while Steam review finished. The confirmed live date is 2 September.

What 1.0 actually shipped

Launch included three playable stores of rising scale:

  • Toy Store — 3,555 items across 297 shelves, single-story toys and summer stock.
  • Supermarket — 7,934 items across 487 shelves, aisles plus fresh counters.
  • Megastore — 13,380 items, nine departments, 978 shelves, two stories. Solo works; online co-op is the sane way through the atrium.

The loop is pick up, group matches, read department signs, and seat products on the correct shelf type. More than 1,114 unique products and 53 shelf types ship in 1.0. A skill tree sits on top of that loop. You can play with skills or hunt the achievement that asks you to finish a store without them. Steam lists 33 achievements, Steam Cloud, full controller support, and play-at-your-own-pace flags.

Stores unlock progressively. You do not spawn in the two-story atrium on a fresh save. Learn grouping in the Toy Store walkthrough before you expect the Megastore HUD to make sense.

The delay, then the live build

The studio originally aimed at 28 August 2026, 18:00 UTC. Steam’s review had not cleared, so they postponed rather than launch into an unapproved build. A follow-up news post locked 2 September as the final date. Wishlist posts from August mentioned 3,500, then 5,000, then 7,500, then 12,000 wishlists, closed playtests, and a beta polish pass. Those posts are history, not a promise that more stores are already in the 1.0 folder.

If you bought during the introductory discount window, regional Steam prices still differ. There is no in-game redeem box; the codes hub exists only to say that clearly.

Hotfix 1.0.1 in one pass

On 3 September 2026 the studio shipped hotfix 1.0.1. Full notes live on the hotfix page. The short list:

  • ESC pauses the timer when you are the only player in the session.
  • The achievement for finishing a store without skills started tracking correctly.
  • Stack Capacity +3 no longer grants +6.
  • Taking Long Reach (+1 m) as your first perk no longer shrinks interaction range.
  • Puzzle Foam V moved from the top shelf of the Toy Store corner plushie section onto the floor for new saves.
  • A missing Supermarket area was added to Unstuck Product settings.
  • Fast ground collection feels smoother because moving products become interactable sooner.
  • Large products sit in the camera more clearly while you carry them.

After that polish pass, the studio said they would move on to new maps. That is the bridge into the roadmap, not a claim that a fourth store is already live.

How to read this hub during a session

Before a long Megastore night, skim hotfix 1.0.1 so you do not respec around the old Stack Capacity bug. Before you invite a partner, read co-op roles and solo vs co-op skills so you do not both buy Long Reach. If you are hunting last items, the store checklist and sorting route beat a rumour thread.

Official news still lands on Steam and in the studio Discord linked from the links hub. This wiki is unofficial. When a Steam announcement and a page here disagree, trust the Steam post and then come back so we can match it.

Players already reported crash-plus-autosave losses and asked for separate solo versus partner saves. Those are support topics, not shipped features. Host co-op on a copy you can afford to share, and do not treat a three-hour Megastore file as the only 100% slot.

Use this hub as a date stamp, not as a second Steam client. Open the hotfix notes when a perk feels wrong. Open the roadmap when someone asks whether the electronics store is out yet. Then go back to a shelf.
